Payment processing · Independent sales organization (ISO)

Merchant accounts for every risk profile.

Covenant Capital is a payments ISO. We set up credit card and ACH processing for low-, moderate-, and high-risk businesses, then stay your point of contact for rates, chargebacks, and account support.

Risk profiles we serve

L

Low risk

Retail, restaurants, professional services, and B2B with steady volume and low chargebacks.

M

Moderate risk

E-commerce, card-not-present sales, higher tickets, seasonal volume, and newer businesses.

H

High risk

Subscription and recurring billing, nutraceuticals, CBD where legal, travel, telehealth, and merchants declined elsewhere or with past chargeback issues.

What we set up

Credit card and ACH processing

Credit & debit cards

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, in person or online. Countertop terminals, mobile readers, and point-of-sale systems.

ACH & eCheck

One-time and recurring bank payments for invoices, memberships, and larger tickets, usually at a lower cost than cards.

Online & recurring

Payment gateways, hosted checkout, invoicing links, card-on-file billing, and subscription management.

Pricing programs

Interchange-plus, flat-rate, and card-brand-compliant surcharge or cash discount programs, explained line by line.

Chargeback & fraud tools

Chargeback alerts, dispute support, fraud screening, and ratio monitoring to keep your account in good standing.

Ongoing support

A direct contact for rate reviews, deposits, holds, reserves, and equipment, instead of a call-center queue.

Free statement review

Send a recent processing statement. Within 3 business days we'll show your effective rate, point out any unnecessary fees, and tell you whether switching makes sense. There's no cost, and sometimes the answer is to stay where you are.

To apply, have ready

  • 3 most recent processing statements (if you currently accept cards)
  • 3 months of business bank statements
  • Voided business check
  • Owner ID and business registration
  • Website with refund policy, terms, and contact info (for online sales)
How our ISO program works. Covenant Capital is an independent sales organization. Merchant accounts are issued by our processing partners and their sponsor banks, and every application is subject to their underwriting. High-risk accounts may require a reserve or rolling hold. Your merchant agreement is with the processor and sponsor bank. Covenant Capital does not hold, transmit, or settle merchant funds, and we never charge a fee to apply.
